Abstract
Apresenta breve análise crítica das comissões especiais da Câmara dos Deputados criadas entre a 51ª e 53ª legislatura, procurando avaliar, por meio de dados quantitativos, o impacto de sua atuação no sistema de comissões como um todo e no resultado final da produção legislativa da Casa no período estudado.
This paper provides a brief analysis of the Special Committees of the House of Representatives of Brazil. The object of this study is the work of the Special Committees installed between the 51th and 53th Congress, with the aim to evaluate, using quantitative data, the impact of their role in the committee system as a whole, and the final result of the House’s legislative production in the period.
